Claudia is a qualified counsellor and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Association of Counselling and Therapy On-line (ACTO). Prior to qualifying as a counsellor she worked within the education and voluntary sector.
Claudia has a experience in supporting people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and stress. She aims to create a safe collaborative space to explore the issues you are facing and work together to find a way forward to feel better.

Lorraine is a qualified counsellor and accredited member of the BACP. Prior qualifying as a counsellor Lorraine worked both the corporate business and voluntary sector.
Lorraine specialises in supporting clients experiencing stress and anxiety in both work and in relationships. She is able to support clients in a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental way to help achieve emotional well-being , coping strategies and improved self- worth.

Lorraine, Claudia and Niamh are experienced BACP counsellors. They are professionally qualified and members of the BACP, abiding by their Ethical Framework which includes maintaining regular professional development.
