Claudia Smith

Claudia is a qualified counsellor and an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Prior to her counselling training, she worked within the education and voluntary sectors, developing a strong understanding of the pressures and emotional demands faced by those working in vocational, caring, and leadership roles.

Claudia’s current work focuses on pastoral supervision and professional resilience support. She offers supervision to individuals working in vocational and service-led roles including church and community contexts. Her approach provides a reflective, containing space in which individuals can explore the impact of their work, maintain healthy boundaries, and support long-term wellbeing.

Alongside pastoral supervision, Claudia offers workplace resilience supervision within educational settings, working with teachers, support staff, and senior leaders. This work supports reflection on professional challenges, stress management, and sustainable working practices within the realities of school environments.

Claudia’s supervision practice is primarily online, allowing her to work with individuals across different locations. She also offers in-person resilience supervision within schools, tailored to the needs of staff teams and leadership groups.
